The village will be a place for individuals, young couples, and new families own a low-cost and design chic dwelling surrounded by green common spaces. 

Unlike prefab dwelling or traditionally constructed single-family homes, the village emphasis is on building a small community. The village will be built on a typical urban lot that will assembles 3-4 dwelling typologies depend on the lot size and will provide parking spaces and privacy for its tenants. The various typologies are designed as modern farmhouse style bungalows spaced in an economical but stylish looking resort.
